Provo eSchool
IEP Information
Unfortunately eSchool is not able to take students who have active IEP's because our Special Programs has reached it's financial limit this year and cannot afford to fund the IEP needs of students outside of our district. If you do live in the District or have written consent from your boundary school that they will maintain IEP needs while he is enrolled full time with Provo eSchool, we may be able to help.

Senate Bill 65
Senate Bill 65, which went into effect July 1, 2011, enacted the Statewide Online Education Program. Parents and students have a lot of questions about Senate Bill 65, but to summarize, SB 65 allows students in grades 9-12 to take up to 2.0 online course credits outside their home district. eSchool is a participating online school under SB 65, but Provo students can actually take any combination of online and in-class courses to fill out their course schedules. Provo students wishing to graduate early should see their counselors. To learn more about the Statewide Online Education Programplease see the Utah State Office of Education Website.
